    Triumph Jerolamo by Mr. Martini

Una delle ultime creazioni di Mr. Martini, la Jerolamo, vincitrice al Motor Bike Expo di Verona nella classe Racer & Scramblerwith TWOWHEELSBLOG
Today’s special bike comes from Italy, where renowned customizer Nicola Martini - boss of the Mr.Martini workshop - created this awesome Triumph Jerolamo based on a Triumph Legend TT 900 MY2000. The transformation affected in most part the chassis of the bike, with a full front end ‘borrowed’ from Ducati that include a 17-inch front wheel, Brembo Serie Oro brakes with a pair of 320 mm discs gripped by 4 piston calipers, upside-down fork by Showa and new handlebars, whereas the head-light is the original one but some captivating chrome finishing.
The rear section underwent some heavy intervention as well: the tail got completely redesigned, the original swingarm has been replaced with the swingarm of a ‘95 Speed Triple T309 and the 17-inch rim was lifted from a Daytona 955 MY2001. the fuel tank got raised a little bit to make room for the electronic package (which was originally placed underneath the saddle).
The classy saddle in burgundy color is supported by a chrome frame that shortens the overall structure of the bike and provides it with a decidedly slender design. The painting of the original tank in glossy black has been performed by Carrozzeria Aerre Pescantina. The Jerolamo looks elegant but stark, in a way, and yet it exudes strength and aggression that are also emphasized by the chrome exhaust provided by Zard and clearly inspired by the Norton Max.

Ken Block : NEW HEADQUARTERS, NEW TEAM NAME!

With over two years invested in design, planning and building, Ken Block swings open the doors of his new team headquarters and welcomes the world inside. Based near his home in Park City, Utah, the revolutionary facility—graced with Block’s creative instincts and attention to detail—redefines what a race shop can actually be. The launch of this world-class workspace, which boasts a familiar Monster green color as well as an all-new electric blue, is accompanied by another major announcement: a new team name. The once Monster World Rally Team has now been renamed to Hoonigan Racing Division. Monster Energy, Ford Racing, DC Shoes, GoPro, Pirelli and Block’s other great sponsors will all continue their amazing support as they have in the past. Block’s new headquarters is the first of many big things coming from Hoonigan Racing Division this year.
“Having been involved with the leasing and building of office space for other companies like DC Shoes, I wanted to avoid the inflexibility of constructing a space made of lumber and sheetrock walls,” said Ken Block. “Using recycled shipping containers as the building blocks for the Hoonigan Racing Division headquarters is not only more environmentally friendly, but it gives us the flexibility to add more infrastructure and the ability to pack the entire facility onto trucks if we ever needed to relocate. It also provides a unique element to work with that is visually stunning and really adds to the creative environment of the space. I honestly could not be more stoked on the finished product.”
The 12,000 square foot facility is divided evenly into two spaces. One side consists of a creative office space, capable of housing up to 25 employees, with separate marketing and administration departments. The other side is a top-level workshop for servicing the team’s race vehicles.
“When setting out to design the Hoonigan Racing Division Headquarters, I wanted to build a fun and inspirational creative space that would not only reset the industry standard for a motorsports facility, but also have a place that rivaled the modern workspaces of top ad agencies,” said Block. “I need a place where our whole team—from the marketing staff to the technicians—can be inspired and enjoy working in everyday. So aside from the standard office needs, we made sure to build in some fun; from a ping pong table to a full entertainment area with its own bar. But, I also wanted the other side of the headquarters—the workshop—to have the feel and functionality of a World Rally Championship-level facility like M-Sport or Prodrive. I think we achieved all my goals with this facility!”
In addition to utilizing 17 recycled shipping containers to construct a reusable workspace, other recycled, reused and sustainable materials were used where possible in the construction of the headquarters.

    BMW R80ST BY FUEL

    BMW R80ST
Fuel Bespoke Motorcycles is not the most prolific of Spain’s custom workshops, but their creations are always worth keeping an eye out for. This is the latest, based on a 1984 BMW R80ST.
Called the Fuel R80 STrial, it’s inspired by ISDT bikes—the Triumphs, BSAs and Pentons of the 1960s that competed in the International Six Days Trials. “Light bikes with small headlights, flat handlebars, a minimalist seat and off-road tires,” says Fuel main man and BMW Motorrad enthusiast Karles Vives. “Motorcycles that were capable of riding trails and woods for days.”
    BMW R80ST
The R80ST was commissioned by a classic bike enthusiast who lives in the Austrian Alps and wanted an upgrade to both aesthetics and performance. So Fuel’s engineer Hilario and mechanics Isaac and Jose set to work. The forks are now from a BMW K75 Sport, mated to a custom axle and newly fabricated triple trees. The front brakes were upgraded too, with a 320mm disc, a four-piston Brembo caliper and a Nissin master cylinder.
    BMW R80ST
The rear has been entrusted to a Wilbers shock with multiple adjustments. Fuel also switched the exhaust to a custom 2-into-2 system, raising the angle of the mufflers. The rear subframe has been redesigned to create a shorter and slimmer profile, and to strengthen the bike for off-road use.
    BMW R80ST
The headlight is now from a classic Spanish trials bike, mounted on a custom bracket. It sits ahead of a Motogadget speedometer, Tomaselli bars fitted with the switchgear from an old Triumph, and classic enduro grips. A car-type starter motor has been installed to fire up the engine.
    BMW R80ST
The tank is from a Kawasaki KZ750, with an ingenious addition to one side: A vintage Ural suicide shift (above) has been converted to a choke mechanism for warming up the engine when cold.
As with all Fuel bikes, the fit and finish is absolutely immaculate. Although this R80ST rolled out of the showroom nearly thirty ago, it looks like it left the factory yesterday.
Today, Karles and the Fuel crew are heading south for ‘Scram Africa’—a trip of more than 2,000 kilometers for classic trail bikes and resto-mod customs, to Morocco and beyond. So it’s no surprise that the R80ST has already been ridden in anger—and there are photosto prove it.
