Winston Yeh, founder of Rough Crafts, built not one but two bikes using the adaptable Yamaha XSR700. Winston visited London to test the cafe racer 'Corsa Scorcher' and took a trip to the countryside for some off-road action on the scrambler version, 'Soil Scorpion'
