VEHICLES with celebrity connections are
notoriously hard to value. Sometimes the fact that they’ve provided
transport to the rich and famous can make them much more desirable than a
similar machine with no well-known owner.
Now three bikes owned until recently by Adam Ant have hit the market. While not one of those celebrity names that’s regularly connected to motorcycles, the fact that the Stand And Deliver singer owned machines as diverse as a 2011 Royal Enfield Bullet 500 (a limited edition Lewis Leathers version, number 11 of 50 made), a 1953 James Cadet and a 1951 BMW R25 show he has eclectic tastes in two-wheeled transport.
All three machines have been signed by Ant. Silverstone-based IDP Moto is checking them over and handling their sale, so any serious offers should go to them. The firm can be contacted on 01327-855751 or info@idpmoto.com.
