The car here is a simply fabulous racer in Semi-Lightweight form built by West Riding Jaguar, a marque-specialist of great repute whose reputation is based on the many outright victories and class-wins in historic racing by cars prepared in their state-of-the–art facility.
Based on a 1965 roadster tub with aluminium bonnet, doors, rear wings and boot lid, the car sports the distinctive Works-style hardtop, which is constructed in lightweight fibreglass.
The full-race engine is based on a proven 3.8-litre steel block with wet-sump lubrication running triple Weber 45 DCOE carburettors.
