Kawasaki’s World Superbike rider Loris Baz will be competing in this season’s opening round of the FIM Endurance World Championship, the Bol d’Or that is scheduled on April 20-21 at Magny-Cours, France, which takes place between the Aragon and Assen WSBK rounds
The 20-year old French rider received the green light from KHI and Provec Racing, and he’ll be the racing a Ninja ZX-10R for Team Kawasaki SRC and his team mates will be Gregory Leblanc (reigning French Supersport champion) and Kawasaki MRS Superstock 1000 FIM Cup rider Jeremy Guarnoni.
This won’t be Baz’ first time in the Endurance championship as he’s already competed in the 2011 24 Hours of LeMans with Yamaha Austria and last year raced in the Bol d’Or with Team Louit Moto 33, where he was in pole position in the Superstock race.
