Will meet with creditors next month
Wiesmann has managed to rise from its own ashes as the company has filed an application to dismiss the insolvency proceedings.
In August we heard a rumor about German specialty marque Weismann filing for bankruptcy in the Münster District Court, a rumor which eventually turned out to be true. Now, the company's management board has filed an application to dismiss the insolvency proceedings and on December 16 they will meet with the creditors to elaborate a future plan for the troubled carmaker.
Hopefully everything will be sorted out and Weismann will be back in action with a brand new model. Their latest product is the GT MF4-CS introduced in March at the Geneva Motor Show, a model created to celebrate the firm's 25th anniversary limited to 25 units each carrying a starting price of 193,193.28 EUR.
