Henrik Purienne has a remarkable eye for the lascivious-realistic look of the 1970s – and he’s brought his crackling, erotic snapshots to a global audience. The South African photographer and filmmaker has worked for American Apparel and Playboy, taking aesthetic inspiration from the films of John Cassavetes and Eric Rohmer.
