We recently featured the Wrenchmonkees CB750 which was purpose-built for this monkeetrip. Now here's the first episode of this 10 day ride which clocked up around 3000km across Europe. The Wrenchmonkees are working on their own line of work wear in collaboration with KANSAS and thought they'd do there own product testing. What better way to see how your clothes hold up than wearing them everyday for 10 days riding through rain, wind, storms and anything else mother nature threw at them. Décès de Philippe Bugalski
 | L'ancien pilote Philippe Bugalski, 49 ans, auteur des deux premières victoires de Citroën Racing enchampionnat du monde des rallyes(WRC), est décédé accidentellement vendredi, a annoncé samedi leconstructeur automobile français. |
Selon le journal, l'ancien pilote s'est tué vendredi dans sa propriété de Seine-et-Marne, en chutant d'une nacelle située à 15 mètres de haut.
Bugalski était né le 12 juin 1963 à Busset, près de Vichy (Allier). Il était installé depuis longtemps dans la commune du Vaudoué, près de Fontainebleau, où sa femme Béatrice élève des chevaux.
Trois fois champion de France des rallyes, de 1998 à 2000, Bugalski, associé à son fidèle copilote Jean-Paul Chiaroni, avait remporté, dans une Citroën Xsara Kit-Car, le rallye de Catalogne puis le Tour de Corse en 1999, soit les deux premières victoires de Citroën en WRC, puis terminé 7e du championnat pilotes.
Bugalski a ensuite passé le témoin à Sébastien Loeb, huit fois champion du monde de 2003 à 2011, tout en restant pilote d'essai pour la marque française qui domine le WRC depuis près de dix ans.
Metteur au point hors-pair, il s'est notamment occupé de fignoler les réglages de toutes les petites C2 R2 qui se distinguent dans de nombreux rallyes, la plupart aux mains de jeunes pilotes privés.
Grand animateur du Championnat de France entre 1993 et 2000, Bugalski a remporté 31 victoires, dans des Lancia, des Renault et des Citroën, et 10 victoires en Championnat d'Europe.
"Bug" avait repris récemment la société AutoMeca, basée près d'Annecy (Haute-Savoie), qui prépare des voitures de rallye et a permis au grand espoir belgeThierry Neuville de remporter, dans la catégorie Junior-WRC, le rallye de Bulgarie en 2010.
"Bug" avait deux filles, Marine et Victoria, passionnées d'équitation, comme leur mère. La date de ses obsèques n'est pas encore connue.

Valentino Rossi - Yamaha deal to be announced tomorrow
After the Italian media anticipated on Tuesday the not-so-shocking news that Valentino Rossihas decided to return to Yamaha next season and the announcement would be made on August 15th, however Italian sports daily Gazzzetta dello Sport is now reporting that following the ‘leak,’ Ducati and Yamaha have mutually decided to anticipate the official announcement to tomorrow, Friday August 10th around 9:00 am CET.
As it usually happens in these cases, Ducati will be the first to announce that Rossi will be leaving the team at the end of the season with all the customary nice words that accompany these things and several minutes to half and hour later Yamaha will announce Rossi’s return that will probably include all the impressive stats that he obtained during his previous seven year reign with the Japanese manufacturer - four World titles and 46 wins.
So check back with us tomorrow morning and see if the Italians have got it right.
