2014 Range Rover Sport caught undisguised

Land Rover has been slowly teasing the2014 Range Rover Sport, but several undisguised images have just surfaced on the web.

Looking like an enlarged Evoque, the Sport has an aggressive front fascia with a prominent grille, slender headlights and a sporty lower intake. Moving further back, the model has a clamshell hood, ventilated front fenders and a familiar profile. The rounded rear-end features a tailgate-mounted spoiler, black plastic cladding and a dual exhaust system.

Engine options will likely carryover from the Range Rover so expect choices to include:

• A 3.0-liter LR-TDV6 with 255 hp (190 kW) and 442 lb-ft (600 Nm) of torque
• A 4.4-liter LR-SDV8 with 335 hp (250 kW) and 516 lb-ft (700 Nm) of torque
• A supercharged 3.0-liter V6 with 340 hp (253 kW)
• A supercharged 5.0-liter LR-V8 with 510 hp (380 kW)
