Hard to believe, but this model is actually approved for the road. The highly exclusive – only 100 examples will be made – Aston Martin Vantage GT3 Special Edition debuts in March at the Geneva Motor Show…
Inspired by its success in the GT3 class, Aston Martin has developed a super-sports car that is motorsport-derived in the truest sense of the phrase – and even the new Porsche 911 GT3 will struggle to outshine it. The Special Edition combines a racing chassis with extensive aerodynamic modifications, plus it’s equipped with a newly developed version of the marque’s 6.0-litre V12 engine, capable of generating up to 600HP. Importantly, it also weighs in at 100kg less than a standard V12 Vantage S, suggesting that it will offer 100 lucky owners an outstandingly good driving experience.
